Location & Network – FAQs

Find out how our global locations, with London as our main hub, can support your projects.

We provide servers in multiple locations across the United States, Europe and Asia-Pacific. Our main hub is in London, with additional locations in Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, Japan, Singapore, Australia and US regions such as New York and Chicago.

Yes. You can choose your preferred region during ordering. If you’re targeting a specific country or area (for example, the UK, Germany, Spain, Japan or Australia), we’ll place your service in the most appropriate location to achieve the best performance.

The closer the server is to your visitor, the lower the latency and the faster your site or application will feel. For example, hosting in London, Frankfurt or Amsterdam is ideal for European users, while New York or Chicago works best for North American audiences, and Tokyo, Singapore or Sydney are best for Asia-Pacific visitors.

Absolutely. Many customers use London or Frankfurt as a primary location with backup or failover servers in the US or APAC, or combine Europe and Asia-Pacific for truly global coverage. We can help design a simple multi-region strategy for you.

If you have specific requirements (for example, keeping data inside the UK, EU or a particular region), we can ensure your services are provisioned in compliant locations such as London, Frankfurt, Amsterdam or other suitable data centres. Let us know your requirements and we’ll recommend the best locations.
